Jeff Bast is hands-down the best agent in the Temecula/Murrieta area. When I was thinking about selling I interviewed 8 different agents who were all well qualified and capable agents. He really know the ins and outs of this program and how to get a house sold…he doesn’t just tell you “oh yeah, I know all about it” like some other agents. I am military and had to move to another state shortly after the deal was made thus was out of state for most of the escrow process. Jeff not only kept us up to speed on everything that was going on, he was ALWAYS accessible to us, no matter the time of day.
