Stephanie was extremely responsive and got our place sold in two weeks for above asking! She was also very well-connected with tradespeople, and even negotiated on our behalf to have the inspection fees lowered... amazing service, and tremendously knowledgeable about both the market and the sales process--my wife and I are very pleased and would highly recommend!
