Jeff's sense of the local market and steadfast reliance upon his beliefs led to a very fair and seamlessly orchestrated process. Real estate agents deal with many different personalities, most of whom are emotionally tied to the transaction in some way (personal, financial, etc) and he did a great job of diffusing any concerns along the way. They stuck to their mantra, despite pushback on certain peculiarities from potential buyers, of “the right buyer is out there” and could not have been more correct. While the buyer and I are certainly different people, they will find special some of the very things that I did in that home and property that I put such care into for almost 10 years.
