As a first time buyer, my house hunting experience initially started with a friend, who is novice to the Real Estate industry.  Still learning and testing the waters, on both ends, we kept losing offers, to being continuously  outbid.  Similar to the other stories listed below, I came across Stephanie unintentionally through Zillow.
