This is not my first home buying experience. However, it was my first experience with Jeff and Steph. The Team they have put together is fantastic. I received nothing but support from Jeff and Steph. If Jeff was not available, Steph was right there. They put together a daily packet of info when we went out looking that was very helpful. I did not suffer from the "oh did I pay too much" thing. I feel great about my deal and about my new home. I will always use them as my realtors, Period. Even after my house closed I was getting support and advice. All the little things were taken care of.
