An Agent with strong negotiation skills to help us arrive at a fair price. Stephanie Bast was professional and delivered within a short amount of time a home that actually exceeded our expectations. Stephanie negotiated a price that was significantly less than the listing price. Jeff Bast was timely making sure all of the paperwork and documents were completed. All in all – it was a great Realtor experience.
