The Jeff and Stephanie Bast team were nothing short of amazing. We personally dealt with Stephanie through the entire process of purchasing our first home. After taking her time to understand our wants and needs, Stephanie prepared a booklet of homes we were going to tour. They were all beautiful homes that met our expectations for the most part. We fell in love and purchased the second home we visited. Stephanie coaches us and guided us through the escrow process. We know that Jeff and Stephanie were working vigorously behind the scenes as we received numerous e-documents that expedited escrow. At the end of it all, we closed in 28 days.
