She actually answers her phone, email and gets back to you in a timely manner. I have had some realtors in the past that I went through hoops to get hold of and left me with many questions and doubt until I ended up dumping them. That was how I found Stephanie and after I expressed this concern to her and she did not let me down; she was there throughout the home buying process. She also filled in the numerous information voids that the seller’s escrow officer left and/or attained the answers from them.
